It must be Sunday because I am unveiling this week's theme: Glamorous Eccentrics. Throughout the ages there has been a small but elite group of women who throw caution to the wind and do whatever they damn well please, which includes dressing for themselves- haters be damned! I have picked my top five glamorous eccentrics and will be profiling one a day.
