Dress It Up, Dress It Down

I wore a dress that I have already blogged about, but the first time I had dressed up with a flower in my hair, heels and lipstick. This time I dressed it down with flats and pink gloss. I thought it would be fun to show how the same dress can be worn in different ways.

I prefer to wear dresses in the summer because they are easy and always look put together, but it doesn't lead to much in the way of variety. That is why I like to spice things up by changing the accessories, shoes and makeup to create different looks using the same outfit. Once the weather cools down I can add tights and sweaters to create even more looks, which will be fun. So which do you ladies prefer? Dresses or separates? Or both!
