I find hotel lobbies have the most interesting flower displays and I often use them as inspiration. This dynamic arrangement consisted of a shallow bowl that had succulents and driftwood arranged sort of like this:
The major difference between these two arrangements was the addition of glass containers to hold freshly cut flowers. Isn't that a great idea! It saves the composition from becoming stagnant because you are always changing the fresh flowers. Genius.
