On October 27th, 2010, Kim was promoting her fragrance at Macy's ..
and i found her outfit rather different and unique, but i'm still not quite sure about it...
she wore a cropped blazer over a floral print dress, and covered up her legs in some tights.
For her feet it was Charlotte Olympia's "Minerva" Suede Booties.
