GITEX In Dubai, 2010

About a week ago, me and a bunch of friends from school headed to GITEX in Dubai, which is basically an event for all modern technology, where you can buy the latest technology with a cheaper price, & take a look at what's coming up next year! .. It wasso much fun, and we has a Blaast, although wegot really tired on the Bus on our way there!!

I have managed to get a really good Pictureof the event! :

Unfortunately, i have spent most of my money on a shopping trip before the GITEX consumer shopping fair, so i didnt have anoughmoney to buy any electronics .. haha!

The Dubai Journey!!! (Part Two)

You can guess the things that i bought before even looking at them! Yess, i got handbags, make up stuff, no shoes this time though!! ..






I had to buy a gift for e very close friend of our family, so i decided to buy her a casual but glamourous handbag & this is what i chose:

I have managed to find plenty of choices at New Look from the Diera City Centre in Dubai, they had alot of gorgeous handbags, which made me really confused because i wanted to get them all, and then i finally decided to buy this bag for one of our family friend as a gift, and then my sister bought an army kinda bad for school, which made me decide to get a bag from another place, so i got this really really light pink one from the Dragon Centre:

I found a really good deal for different famous brands perfumes, such as Gucci, YSL, Nina Riccie, and since i wanted Ricci Ricci by Nina Ricci, so i got it :D

Movin' On into Make Up stuffiez x, which is my favorite part!!

I've always wanted a large face make up brush, that i can blend blush with and apply powder foundation & bronzer! I finally found it! This brush feels so soft, and it's a really good quality <3 ..

I also got a pink blush that suits almost every single skin tone! I found it at the Dragon Centre at the fashion zone, there were plenty of great deals with great prices :).. This could also be used as a bronzer, So i had to get it :

Since school is starting tomorrow, i need new nail polishes, and i got these two colours that i already had before, but they got frozen up =( .. I HATE THAT! anyways, these are the two colours:

As i said earlier, New Look had plenty of good deals & great handbags, their purses & clutches were also amazing, so i got two little purses :

I got these sunglasses from New Look too :

& i also got these hair clips, i always wanted one of those & i got TWO!! LOL .. They are really really large, they're not like normal hair clips, so i got them , and im loving them im actually wearing one right now! .. They hold your hair perfectly, regardless of how long it is .

 



The Dubai Journey!!! (Part One)

I've decided to cut the Dubai Journey into two parts, part one will be talking about getting there, what we did and the places that we've visited once we got there & more, including images!!!

I have previously posted about me & the fam visiting the Pal island place in Dubai , which was an amazing experiance :] .. i took a few photos, & here they are:



I think that everybody should visit this Palm Tree Island in Dubai, it was absolutely great!!! x .. The ocean looked really nice, and the colour of it was pure amazing.

 we also visited the City of Jumeira, and the old style Souk there, and i took several pictures:

I loved it there <3 ..

The Dubai Journey (Goodies, Things i got, make up, ect..)

Hiya Girliez!!!

Finally i got time to post the things i bought from Dubai, i think i got plenty of good stuffies that you, might be, interested in! ...


I'll start off with the clothes, shoes, bags!

1) These really adorable pair of shoes are from New Look, i got them from the Diera City Centre, it was right next to our hotel. I love them, and they're really comfortable to walk in. They suit summer dresses, skirts, and of course they do look good with everything else too!

 

2) New Look, once again. These gladiator looking flats are also very unique, and i'm already in love with them!!! ... Their colour suits almost everything, but i wouldnt wear these with a dress to be honest, dun think they would look as good. Maybe, who knows.

3) These other cute pais are also from New Look, they look really good with skinny jeans! I love them, they're also very comfortable and have a really unique design.

4) Now lets start on the hand bags! If you know me, or any one of my sisterz, the first thing that you would recognize is our obsession with hand bags! they're like gravity that attracts us!  ... This gorgeous hand bag is also from new look, it's really nice and fashionable, i don't think it costs anything more that 12 Omani Riyals (120 Dhmz) .. I fell in love with this bag as soon as i saw it, maybe because i dont have any bag that has the same colour so i wanted something different.

5) I also got another similar one, a bit lighted colour, it's aproximately the same price as the previous one.

6) This time, it's not from new look, it's from CLAIRS, this shop is my obsession too ! i love it they always have great bits and pieces. I used to only have one white handbag, so i wanted to add this into my collection. It costed 10.4 Riyals in Dubai, but i found the exact same bag here in Oman with 11 Riyals. Not big difference!

7) My Favorite! MAKE UP!! i went to a mac store in Dubai Mall, and i was absolutely confused because there were tons of nice colours that i wanted to get, and a variety of other products as well, but i made up a decision to get a new concealer, and a new 4 colour pro palette. This concealer is really great i love it .. i am not sure how much it costed!

8) These colours are the ones that i really wanted, it contains the colour Carbon (The darkest Black) and Steamy (Blue) that i really adore!!! Im not sure what the other colours are called. I got this collection because my uncle's wedding is coming and what im wearing contains these colours .. so yeah! .. The pallete costed me about 22 Omani Riyals ..

9) I got this lovely pair of jeans from New Look as well, there were plenty of great deals of jeans but i loved this one the most.

I got a top from new look as well, it is gorgeous!! .. i will probably post a pic sometime soon.. so cya for now!!!

The Dubai Journey (The Place We Stayed In)

We're In Dubai!

Trust me, this is not the first time i got to Dubai, i go there pretty much everyyear, sometimes three or two times a year!.. anyway ..

I love shopping in Dubai, as i stated before in a previous post, it is such a great city as it is very energetic, and i prefere that!!! .. im a city girl ;D

First, i just wanted to show you some pictures of the place that me & the family stayed in, it was a hotel called "Flora Park" and we booked a suit which contains three rooms, four toilets, a kitchen, and a living room with a store room =D .. it was amazing, i loved it ..

This is our room, in which me and my sisters stayed in, our bags are already in bed :D lol ..

This is my little sister and the maid's room, we had to argue about who's getting this room because i loved it .. !!!

And the living room, Me and my sister (Salsabil) loved this place, we chilled there for so long! we even woke up early mornin just to chilax here coz i havent seen her for a long time!! .. i also enjoyed making fun of the hotel's menue in here! Lmao !!

& the kitchen! it was fun staying here too, ya know, the place where delicious things get made! LOL .. Me & Salsa had breakfast the very first morning in here, i remember we enjoyed eating Hummus & bread! lol .. & Nescafe!
