She got the idea to create these unique bags made from reclaimed truck inner tubes while floating down Boulder Creek on an inner tube!
English Retreads was born and now eco conscious and style conscious girls have a great range of vegan bags and accessories to choose from, all with car themed names (forget the Birkin it’s now all about the Model T or Coupe). I love the Model T Tote Luxe with green apple coloured lining (very Green Lashes) as well as the sleek looking Crusier which is a perfect work bag (pictured above). I had also been looking everywhere for a vegan messenger style bag and have fallen big time for the Coupe bag (pictured below). English Retreads' coveted bags were given to the A-listers at Sundance and the Critics’ Choice Awards in LA last year as part of the celebrity gift bag swag.
