There is no excuse not to be wearing head to toe eco fashion from now onwards, not once you meet Mr. Larkin. As soon as I stumbled across this alluring brand on Shop Flick, I kept thinking, 'is this incredibly gorgeous, just spilled off the pages of Vogue fashion really ethical? Can something so saturated in style and sophistication truly be made from organic and sustainable materials and even be made in San Francisco (the city many organic mavens dream of living in)?' The answer? Yes, yes and yes! Everything you've read is true.
Mr Larkin was founded by designer, Casey Larkin who uses sustainable and environmentally sound fabrics such as organic cotton, milk fibre cupro and 'recycled vintage embellishments and trims'. Even the hang tags can be removed and planted to grow delphiniums!

Is it just me or do you feel the same 'I need to do a Michael Flatley high kick' kind-of excitement when you find stellar new labels like Mr Larkin? I know the eco fashion world has some seriously sublime designers emerging but there are not nearly enough compared to the mainstream fashion universe. I think it's collections from the likes of Mr Larkin that will make the mainstream fashion followers kick off their Jimmy Choos, hop out of their high street duds and jump wholeheartedly into fashion that considers the planet, people and of course a little thing called style!
